Mi móvil no sale en el mapa

Go to SafetyGPS's section map in your mobile and verify that you can check “Mostrar mi posición”, you should verify also that you are able to see you mobile in the map in control panel in this page, if you cant see your mobile:

1. Maybe your GPS doesn't work properly. Make sure that you have configured your mobile therefore Windows Mobile handles automatically GPS.
2. If you are inside a building it would be very difficult for your GPS receive signal.
3. Maybe your mobile is not well registered at SafetyGPS systems. Make sure that you can see your mobile in control panel in this page at devices section.
4. Check your mobile is ON. If your mobile is OFF it won't send any data.
